Each and every topic will have some subtopics that might help you identify the problem that is being faced.
The first impression of the user
One can never make a good first impression twice. We need to win our users from the very first second they download and open the app.
What could be done to impress the users that are joining Quipp for the first time?
What kind of welcome features should be there?
What kind of tutorials should the users see?
Features that will improve first-time user experience – tutorials, onboarding features.
Retention rate
Currently, the app is struggling with a high churn rate, so what can we do better to retain our users? How can we Improve the user experience, how can we prolong the lifetime of the users in the app?
Reach
How can we attract new users in the Quipp App Family and keep them entertained?
Social media – how social presence impacts apps in general – consider both the happy and negative paths;
Viral reach;
Referrals – the word of mouth – how we can aim at having Quipp word of the town.
New features
Elaborate on different features and options to extend Quipp. But do not limit only to the app – think and consider similar apps and products – LiveStream interactive apps, Video on demand. Consider the user perspective – what will be cool, competitive and catchy. It doesn't matter is it a new interaction, chat or tournament format, all new cool features ideas are welcome.
New features for the offline time when there are no live shows running - what can we do to fill in this time?
New competitive options - among the users or the users and the app? Should we have 1 on 1 game or multiplayer?
Introducing new interactions - should we have a live chat for instance?
Monetization
Quipp don't monetize the users directly, but offer branding. Every feature or idea which can provide brand awareness and brand recognition for advertisers is more than welcome.
What are we looking for to achieve by solving the above-mentioned problems:
Improving our NPS – the score saying how likely you as a user are to recommend our app to your friends;
Improving our retention rate – we want the users in our app for as long as possible;
New fun and creative features – stay ahead of our competition and in the same time be able to innovate;
Amaze our audience – bring them something they would adore and would brag about;
More in-app activities – make the “live idle” time worth for the users;
Branding – as Quipp is not for earning money from its users we still need to pay our costs – we need to sell our brand to advertisers.
